This course is designed to equip learners with the knowledge and skills to care for clients in a safe and hygienic environment.
Who should apply?
The purpose of this award is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence in the theory, principles and practice underpinning the nursing process and nursing profession to enable the learner to perform a range of basic nursing skills. Learners will be introduced and trained in basic nursing observations to include: blood pressure monitoring, respirations, pulse and oxygen saturation. Learners will also develop an understanding of the Nursing Process of care planning and Activities of Daily Living Patient Care.
